kudos to Customer Service

I know there are a lot  of complaints now and then about CS I've commented myself at times.   I have to say though I had a problem with an item 2 times being shipped with a defect .  I called CS after receiving the 2nd one that I had to send back,  it is a large box as well so not convenient either.   I spoke to a very helpful rep that really went the extra mile for me .  Wrote to the warehouse to physically pull the item and inspect it to make sure it too wasn't with the defect and sent it express at my asking.   Received it 2 days later, yesterday and it arrived Perfect !!! QVC I thrilled with the item.   I know she wont probably be reading  this ,  but anyways Thank you Yvonne !! 😺
