I have tried for days to reach someone at qvc about a return for a defective item. No one answering the phone, no one monitoring their chat customer service. No way to facilitate a return or talk with someone, but Qvc will still let your purchase things on line and over the phone. What the hell QVC, your employees can't answer the phones from home? What am I supposed to do when you guys don't give any option at this point to deal with a customer support person. Very doubtful I will ever purchase anything from QVC again.
