home page problems / google chrome - 2nd week

no navigation tool bar at top or drop downs etc 

 

thought this would disappear with presidents' day add-ons which is when problems started. 

 

nope.

 

not friendly.

In a word, awful. The worst part is having to return to the Home page every time you want to search for something. Dumb. And on my laptop, when I do type something in the search bar, it has a delay/hiccup for the type to load. It really drives me nuts. NUTS, I tell you!

I know!! This is wearing thin that's for sure. To access my wish list I have to go to my accounts and find it there.  I just went over to Evine's website and it was a pleasure navigating there.  I can't believe that it is taking this long for QVC's IT people to fix this.
