I was one of the group that had cancelled items shipped by mistake. QVC has received half of the returned orders all of which were returned on the same day. Can you please locate and track the other return order that seems to be missing I se no sign of QVC receiving it! Thank you!
I also was charged $13 shipping on the order you did receive that was shipped even though it was cancelled........
I am really fed up here............
