i would like to email gary goban about a D & C product.   i tried the 'email us' link on your home page, but it did not offer me anywhere to send an email.  i also tried the 'chat now live' button and that stayed blank for several minutes ... no one home? lol.   

i just want to send an email to gary or carolyn about a D & C item, and i would appreciate your help!  thanks!

I don't think you can email vendors @fancy pantsy, at least not through QVC.  You have to go through their Facebook page.  You can go to their Facebook page even if you are not a member of Facebook.

You're welcome but QVC no longer has email addresses for vendors and hosts, they all have FB pages.  Perhaps you can send your message to the Social Team and they can forward it along.
