I returned item V 36154 on May 8, 2020. Have not heard if received and credit returned. Would appreciate any help. thank you.

Hi qvc social team. 

   I returned the above item a few weeks ago for a new color since color ordered didnot match my complexion.   Have had no response from qvc so went and purchased elsewhere.  No longer need what I had prviously asked for. How can I cancel? Thank you for any help you can give.

  I have submitted a request to have the item refunded instead of replaced.  I hope this helps.  Sorry for the delay.
