it seems all they want to do is Sell, if you have a issue, good luck getting hold of someone, i had to call in for and order, then she transferred me to service and I waited 15 min and she really could have not given a ****** who she was talking, credit your account and good by :smileysad

@Steve 712   Now let's see if I have this straight...a CS rep listened to your complaint, considered it and gave you a refund and you're complaining?  What did you expect to get, a new best friend?

I had a question, emailed the social team and within 2 minutes I had an answer. Could not have gotten quicker and more polite service anywhere.

I have not had any problems calling CS during the week. I have had to hold for up to 5 minutes sometimes, but called last night and got someone right away. Have not had anyone in CS seem as though they did not care and I have been with QVC for years. I know everyone is frustrated from being inside, but try to be patient and give thanks for what you have. Their are many people out there that are having a terrible time just surviving.

Like all of us, with everything going on in the world today, things are not completely normal at QVC and I think the CS reps are doing a great job.

 

I always e-mail the Social Team, and you can see others do too in the above posts. I did have to call once, and held on a little longer - which I expected. I could tell the CS rep was busy, but I talked to her like I always do and thanked her for trying to help me. I hope it made her day (night) a little better. 

 

Remember a lot of people are afraid, sad, and just "on edge." YOU can make a difference in their lives! Smiley Happy
