contacting someone at QVC that can actually help with an issue

Does anyone know a way to contact a Customer Service manager? I used around $40 in QVC promo credit for a pair of Rykas and was sent the wrong size. They were sold out and could not be exchanged. Now I have called 3 or 4 times to be told I will get my credit back (2 - 3 weeks ago) to now saying I won't because it was some type of promo credit. To me, it's still my money and I'd like it back since it's QVC's mistake. Thank you.

@madmimi

qvcsocialteam@qvc.com

email the mods and they will be able to assist.

Give them the order number, item number etc.

@madmimi I doubt you will get that promo code back. I have found, not only at QVC but, all retailers including in-person will not give you back an expired coupon/promo code. I try to use it on an item I am very unlikely to return as I know I will lose it if I do  return.

With that said, contact the social team anyway as @RespectLife stated. They are the best at handling these situations. If they say no you cannot use the promo code again, then that is the way it is. As I said, this is how it is everywhere.

I was going to say the exact same thing.

If they sent the wrong size, they should restore the promo credit.  If you ordered the wrong size, I can see why they'd refuse - though it would be customer-friendly of them not to refuse.

However, getting to talk to a person with authority to make decisions outside the box can be a problem.  Good luck!

I agree w/ @ValuSkr

If it was QVC error...she should get it back.....otherwise, no.

I have read the fine print with a magnifier (LOL) on a recent promo...and it does say you do not get it back on returns.

But this was an error...not her fault.
