For the last three days when I try to order on line the screen keeps saying something went wrong.  Call customer service.  When I call on the phone no problem abnd I can order.  I prefer to order right on my computer.  what is going on?  Can you fic please?

@anxious1   The issue more than likely is on YOUR end.

 

A few things to try for starters........

1 - Restart your browser and/or computer.

2 - Use another browser.  You should always have/keep "several" browser backups.

3 - Make sure your are using the latest OS as well as the latest browser(s).

In addition to what Mz iMac said, clear your cookies, history, and cache.
