Neither one is working for me either. I am using my QCard. It says the promo code expired. QVC is losing sales from me tonight.

I called at 2:30am to try to order something and the rep said the promo code is working for her but not the free shipping. Neither one is working for me. They need to fire somebody in the IT Dept.

As of 6am the free shipping is working. The promo code worked on one purchase, but later I tried using it on another item and it doesn't work. It is supposed to be able to be used twice. Please fix it. Wake the IT Guy back up.

I just used the promo for 15 off 60 and free shipping and they both worked. I am on Chrome.

It is not fully working. We are supposed to be able to use the code twice. It worked once, but not twice.

that "twice" thing has me confused.  

"A minimum purchase of $60.00 USD, excluding shipping, handling, and applicable tax, is required. Maximum number of purchases is 2. " 

Does that mean you can use it two different times or can you use it for two items that total $60?

Also do you have to use a Q card?

I used it on two items that totaled $60.  You don't need a Q card for the $15, but you do for free shipping.  BUT the code I saw on TV was GIFT15.  I bought Philosopy for gifts, so it was free shipping already.  I don't have a Q card.  Hope this helps.  I did not try it a second time.
