Once again the problem is with the Q-card.  I've never seen so many problems with a credit card as QVC's.

@Foxxee  I must be the exception as I've had the Qcard for a very long time & never have I had an issue w/it.

No, I don't think you are an exception.  I suspect most don't have problems, but there have been more complaints on here than expected about the Q-card.

The OP didn't state it was the Q/Synchrony card.

Could have been, but I didn't read that.

You can use EZ pay on any credit card, doesn't have to be the Q card.

I have 4 Synchrony credit cards and have never had a problem with any of them.

HSN, Q, Lowes & I fergit the other one!   LOL

Good reason to NOT use easy pay on anything... and to NOT use the QVC credit card...

designate one credit card for all purchases that gives you reward points back as gift cards or cash.... pay off the card in full each month....

you do not get yourself over spending this way AND you get paid back for your shopping

Re: careful on your easy pays

I so fell into the easy pay trap on my Q card.  Will no longer buy anything on easy pay and will use another card.  My easy pay is laughable...i have like 13 items on it.  NOT brilliant on my part.  Thanks SeaMaiden for saying what I already knew but never followed.

@Skididdy  I did the same thing and got into the easy pay scam myself! I could not even keep track of what I owed...what I had payed off....and it just got worse and worse! Good for you for wanting to fix the problem!  🙂

Re: careful on your easy pays

Hi @Chatyone 2

Thank you for posting this.  This prompted me to look at my easy pays and I did find two items that were not credited back as returned.

I used the chat feature and got it fixed.  Easy Peasy!!  I gave the agent the order # and item name.  They were able to confirm it was returned and issue a credit.

Thanks
