Is anyone else having a problem getting into their account? When I enter my email address and password, I get this message "Hmm, something went wrong. Try again, or contact Customer Service at 888-345-5788."
I called, and they reset my account. I changed my password, but I still get the message. It seems to happen in Firefox and Chrome, which I use all the time. I tried Safari and could get into my account. That's how I was able to send this message. Any suggestions on why this is happening in those other two and not Safari? I did restart and emptied the cache, too.

I had the same problem. I found if I get that message I just hit enter a second time and it comes up. You could also go into account settings. Once you are there you can access order status. This has been going on for quite a while. It is some kind of computer glitch.

Me, too. I wish they would have a "remember me" to check so I don't have to keep signing in multiple times a day.

I just tried to get a shipping status and it said it couldn't be reached. It worked earlier this morning.

My attempts were ore strange. Every Q subject has the words "community forums". When I tried signing on, each title I tried took me to community chat which of course was inaccessible. I finally eliminated the word "community" and got in.

I'm not having trouble here but I am on HSN. I can't get in to see my Order Status, alerts, etc.

I signed up with new password for Synchrony accounts, but having a difficult getting into my accounts there also. They keep telling me my newpassword accepted, but doesn't go to my accts.
Doesn't make it clear if this is for all accounts or only HSn. What a mess.
That could be the reason no one able to get into their accounts.
Nothing is working for me.
Do we need one password for both or seperate passwords? I've tried everything.
