automated ordering problems 9/29/18

hi mods.....happy saturday!

have been trying to order a fireplace for my mom for the past hour or so and keep getting this error message. i am using both firefox and edge. will this be getting fixed anytime soon?

all the phone lines are busy for several hours including cs

I usually order everything automatically (without phone screener).

Lately, the numbers are totally wrong when trying to answer without the screener.

I always wonder how many people accidentally think they're ordering what's on the TV at the time and actually they're ordering (by the number's given) an entirely different item.

This happened this morning. When I dialed the automatic number, it was different from what the TV and host was showing.
