hello to anyone who can help me...

I have been locked out of my account for 2 weeks and have called 

and spoken to about 10 different people. customer service including

one supervisor and no one can tell me when it will be resolved????

 

so if a finance director, customer service director, CEO, or an  IT director is listening

I have not been able to purchase anything. I purchase quite regularly

how hard is it to research and fix this issue????

 

very frustrated with QVC customer service.

CAN'T EVEN FIND AN EMAIL OR PHONE TO CORPORATE??
