You really know how to win back customers

I have not ordered in some time because of service issues.  Today I decided to order an item because I really want it and could not find it anywhere else.

 

It took 5 tries to get the checkout process to accept my payment.  This might be my last purchase.

In case you haven't heard there are widespread problems due to the issue yesterday regarding internet issues and if you haven't ordered in a while that may have something to do with it.  But if you were able to get it ordered I don't see what the problem is.

There were issues today everywhere due to the widespread IT problems.  I must say, in 35 years of shopping though, I've never had a problem with QVC taking my money.

I have had no problems because of that and that problem has been resolved.

They must really like you.  According to them my PayPal is assigned to another person and my credit card info is invalid. 

 

But no worries I expect the 3 or 4 daily e-mails to have no problems.

I had issues with PP too.  After both the Q and PP pointing fingers at each other and getting NO help, I found the problem.

 

Make sure to log into your account and before you check out make sure you select the recipient from your address book before you click on PP to complete your purchase.

 

I have myself and DS as recipients (2 different addresses) and I cleaned up my old ship to addresses here. Cleaning addresses on PP didn't do a thing.  HTH!

What I heard on the news is that not all things were back to normal. Many were still having issues and it may take days to be resolved.

@Susan345 I had trouble a few days ago trying to get my credit card accepted in the checkout process. I switched to a different browser and then it worked.

I was not able to change from easy pay to a single payment on several things I ordered on my phone.  I hate using easy pay, but I went ahead and ordered the items anyway.
