I understand well human and computer error but, it happens a lot at QVC. That is why I am about done with shopping here. If you have to wait for a top for more then three weeks something is wrong. ALso they send no tracking information when sending out a standard shipping order. I would like to know where my money is going Barb .. CS stinks here and I am glad I stopped shopping at QVC.Woman Very Happy
