Ordered on Feb 6 the diamonique princess shape ring, instead received the heart shape.  Also, saw how many people had the same problem, what’s going on.  I would like to get what I ordered.  Interesting to know what qvc has to say about this, someone is slacking off here.

How frustrating!

 

I used to be a trainer at a call center for a large R Us organization. We were never given enough time to thoroughly train new customer service reps. To be honest they are poorly paid jobs that attract people that need more than job skills training; they need people skills training, too.

 

I can't even count the times I had to "have a talk" with 18-year-olds in their first jobs that people skills would make or break the customers' experience.

 

I can't make a blanket statement that the above applied to everyone I trained, but if a caller happens to get a rep who isn't able to do a good job due to a lack of people skills then that is the caller's entire experience.

 

It isn't an easy job, either. I will say that in their defense. But you should DEFINITELY NOT have had this experience! I have seen the Calista products on Amazon, too. Wink wink.

I have you all beat, I received Mally's 3 piece lipgloss set today, only to find that all 3 had NO sponge or brush on the ends to apply the product.

Now, how does this happen?
