I ordered two Philosophy products the day that they had their TSV in early July. The Q promptly shipped the products, but they are MIA after arriving at the UPS facility.
I spoke with Rebecca from Customer Service today. She was able to reorder my products and they will arrive next week, provided UPS doesn't lose them again.
She was kind, courteous and understanding regarding my issue. A positive experience indeed.

@PepesMom I'm so happy for you, and this should be the norm, it is with most sites I shop on. But my first ever call to customer service since a joined a year ago left me wondering what the hek? I had a conversation with someone who was so condescending. Maybe if QVC had a survey after the call they could have more hits than misses.
