I won a prize by entering your online giveaway for the Royally Yours Sweepstakes. I have contacted QVC several times and they keep saying they are looking into it but have not had a response. This was back in May. Because I am not getting even a sorry it's on its way, I want to contact someone above Kate or the CEO. How do I get in touch with him or her? Bad customer service.
