Will returns/exchanges get sorted out soon?

I’ve had delayed shipping which is understandable, but not concerned about some of my exchanges and returns. I first had an exchange for Beekman salve #A447271 delayed for a month, and CS helped me after I posted on this board. While I did receive my replacement salve in fig (thank you!) I was charged for it and the refund for the item I sent back hasn’t been credited.

I also sent back a Barefoot Dreams sweater for an exchange (item A373562) for a different size and in the same package included two pairs of jeans (one was an exchange and the other a return). The return tracking showed that the package was received by QVC a few weeks ago. But now the return status is missing altogether! I did take a screen shot showing the items were received by the Rocky Mountain return center on May 10, but the fact that the tracking now shows up with no tracking information is concerning!

At this point I just want refunds for all three items, as well as my refund for the Beekman hand salveS I exchanged. I am very worried about the lack of activity at the returns center because it feels like some of our packages will slip through the cracks and go missing. The hand salve was less than $30 but the barefoot dreams sweater and two pairs of jeans were over $200 and I don’t understand why the tracking number no longer shows up as returned... yikes!

I have two exchanges and a couple of returns I've been holding because I'm afraid of a fiasco if I send them back.  Hoping things will improve.

@kachina I recommend waiting a little while! I feel like the post office is already delayed and when you add in the short staff at QVC there is a lot that can go wrong.

Thank you Beth and I will send an email in today. I’d sent an email to the regular customer service email address on another issue and got a response that there was a delay. I never did get a reply back so wasn’t sure how to get a hold of someone! I’ll use the social teams email instead!

I’m guessing this is due to having a smaller workforce and most likely higher sales (I know I’ve been online shopping a lot more than I used to!) so not angry at the company. But it is scary when trackingInformation just disappears completely. And the tracking number for the Q return label is not searchable through USPS so I feel the screenshot was the only proof I have of sending it.

I have sent four items back for an exchange a few weeks ago & nothing. By the time it gets processed they will be gone. But my orders I placed recently ship the next day! So I guess they don't care about exchanges. The company already has your money.

I've returned a few items over the past two months and only experienced the usual amount of delay in travel time and processing after delivery to the Q. I have not requested any exchanges, so I'm not sure how that facet is working at the moment.

I wouldn't request an exchange that is for sure.  It is always a disaster when I have a few times.  It takes forever and most of the time it is out of stock by time they process it.
