@Spurt    I don't use Facebook, but what you report makes sense to me.   For my own use as a shopper at QVC, I have pretty much reverted to its pre-Internet days when we had to make decisions using our own sense of value.  Sometimes that worked incredibly well, sometimes it failed.

 

I probably should also mention that I know I'm not immune to QVC's current problems.  We just never know for any company, any product when it's "our turn."
