It's completely stupid, you can go online and just have the USPS pick it up, they could just give a link for that. The very least they could do is say, you will need to create an account with our third party New whatever ever, instead of taking you directly to a login you cant even use. More sloppy sloppy lack of detail on QVCS end. Go figure, they are so pompous expecting you to do the research instead of explaining the process they have created.

It could be it is moving, but not scanned yet, or scanned anot uploaded, or bad weather. If you took it in yourself it should be fine.
