I want to order some Nick Chavez items. They do not come up with free shipping.

I just checked and it says free shipping and after you click on item it shows free shipping , i didn't try putting in cart.

@mac116, when you have the item in your cart it will have the shipping charges and it will look like you will be paying them. But when you go to check out they will drop off. Try that. 

I'm editing my reply as the above typically happens with many items. But actually I went and looked at Nick Chavez products and they say free shipping and it shows such even in the cart. I don't know what you're referring to.

I tried using the Q app on my iPhone, and the shipping charge showed up. When I went to the Q site through my browser, no shipping charge. Crazy...huh?

All the Social Team members I've dealt with are excellent at customer service.  This is just one example.
