I ordered a Radley London bag on 09/17/20 The item is still in process. I called Customer Service --they said that they dont know when it will be shipped. This seems to be happening alot lately with orders I have placed. Not happy with the service !!

I have had 2 orders go from ..in stock...to.. in process..to.. backordered... in the last month.....

I ordered a pair of Ryka ankle boots on September 10 and today is Sept 25 and it says my order is still being processed! 10 days later! I ordered them in the morning and they said the color was in stock. I have placed 3 orders since then and those things came so I don't get it. One other time this happened and I got a message that it was sold out even though when i ordered it earlier in the day it was in stock.
