I agree and am so over this.

I was going to buy my DB a Guard Your ID set, but I get no help w/3 open orders that I get the honor of paying for and no product.

I ordered 3pairs of Martha Stewart jeans  and 2 denim & co tops on 8/30/20 on the free shipping day and they remain in process. Last June I ordered a Doll 10 night cream. Waited for a few weeks and wrote to the social team. They credited my account in July. I received the package on 9/1/2020. The seal was broken and the cream had started to leak out. I threw it away. I think that they sent by steamer ship around the horn.
