Why hasn't my order shipped !?!

I ordered 

Order Number:    thirteen days ago.. 

It says it's ''still in process''....but also says the estimated delivery was '2' days ago, on July 17 !  Look people, are you going to send it out or not?  Please advise.

Do remain calm and the phrase you used "Look people, are you going to send it our or no" , you are trully desrespecting the pople that work hard for you and me.

It's not going to ship.  You will have to call customer service (good luck) and get it refunded.

How rude!  It's not your order nor your money on the line.  Those people who work are just as responsible as you or I are to our employers!  Shame on QVC in the first place.  Amazon can deliver overnight during this "Covidi" uproar so why can't QVC???

I’ve had this happen with the ninja wood fire grill the last time it was the TSV. It shows that the label was printed but is never picked up. (Having worked for several shipping companies , including Amazon) I know this is done because once the label is printed it shows as fulfilled as go to a dead file to sit. After that the seller can’t do anything about this except to convince the buyer to ask for a refund. The bad side is no one at ninja becomes accountable because as far as ninja is concerned the Item has been shipped. Second Ninja reports the total number shipped. And the QVC VIP is lead to believe the process was successful. Second after you get the refund you will no longer be available to obtain the product at the TSV price but you could obtain it at the regular price. K96000

Best thing to do is email QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com with your order number and ask for more info.
