I’ve had this happen with the ninja wood fire grill the last time it was the TSV. It shows that the label was printed but is never picked up. (Having worked for several shipping companies , including Amazon) I know this is done because once the label is printed it shows as fulfilled as go to a dead file to sit. After that the seller can’t do anything about this except to convince the buyer to ask for a refund. The bad side is no one at ninja becomes accountable because as far as ninja is concerned the Item has been shipped. Second Ninja reports the total number shipped. And the QVC VIP is lead to believe the process was successful. Second after you get the refund you will no longer be available to obtain the product at the TSV price but you could obtain it at the regular price. K96000
