The Post Office still has my return to QVC...since 8/30. I use the QVC return label for my convenience...
Waiting for pick up...should cost much less than $6.95 ...
Anyone have a good suggestion for the quickest way to get a refund? Thanks!

I would ask the post office.

Well at least they didn’t send it to the wrong place.
i just found out they sent some Redskin shirts to another daughter instead of the one I told them to send it to.
This has happened before. I even have them read off the address and they still do it.
One lives in Colorado and the other lives in Virginia! One is married ( different name) and the other isn’t.
Not the first time. I have to go pick it up from one daughter and mail it to her sister. It costs me double for the shipping.
Ugh! I’ve been tempted to send it back to Qvs, but she wants the shirt.

@barb40 I had a package, that I was returning, sit at the post office for 10 days. I contacted CS and they were very helpful and I am sure they will be able to assist you with this matter as well!

I have read that the post office doesn't send packages back, a third party shipper picks them up at the post office. Depending on the return, and the cost, you can often ship things back for less than the $6.95, but you need to send it with some way of tracking so that you know when it arrives.
I've had things be "ready for pickup" at the post office for a week but even with the holiday, that's a ridiculous amount of time.

And sometimes it shows still at the post office when it is really well on it's way or even back at QVC. I don't think there really is any to track these returns most of the time. I have found out the information is bogus.

My return has also been showing "in posession of USPS" for a week with no other tracking.
I have seen a different message on other returns where the package is waiting for the smart post carrier to pick it up but not this time.

I usually send my Q returns through FedEx. I print my own label and it's usually around the same price. However I can see exactly when & who signed for the package. It only takes a few days.

@haddon9 I've returned items via UPS as they are closer to me than the post office.
It never fails that I have to call CS and ask for my refund when I use UPS. They act totally surprised that the item was received and it hasnt been scanned in as a return.

My last return sat at the local post office for 14 days before before it was picked up and sent on its way. From the day I dropped it off at the post office until the day my return was was processed and refunded, it took 3-1/2 weeks. The Q really needs to work on this, it’s rather ridiculous.
