I've found, recently, 2 potential fixes for the login problem.
1 -- This website frequently has a peculiarly long lag time in interpreting our login credentials.
As a result, if I submit the email address or password too quickly I'll get a message not accepting the login.
Instead, entering my email address and waiting several seconds,
then tapping/clicking "Continue,"
then entering the password and waiting several seconds before tapping/clicking "Sign In"
fixes the problem.
2 -- Another possibility:
Using a bookmark/favorite to get here might be the issue...
instead, go to the QVC.com site and scroll down to tap/click "Community Forums."
Then try a login... slowly as I described above... and see if it resolves the problem.
Old bookmarks/favorites sometimes take us to old URLs that no longer work properly.
Give these a try. Fingers crossed you'll get better results. This website can be aggravating, for sure. 🙃😠😉

For over a month I have been having an issue. Some days it takes me quite a few tries and then I just give up. Other days, I will try a couple and get it. Today was a banner day, I got right in! I called them once and they said what they have told others. I don't believe it's anything on my end at all.

The past few days I have been able to sign in with only one try. But for the previous few weeks I had great difficulty. I would get a message that my email was invalid or the qvc site was down.🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
I have absolutely no issue with any other of the many sites I use on the internet. NONE
This has been a problem exclusive to this site and I probably will no longer shop here at all as I never know if I can sign in to my account or not.

I talked to three people over the course of 2-3 weeks and they submitted my complaint.
I changed my password twice at their request.
I happen to try again a little while ago and I was able to get in.
Don't know what happened but if I ever disappear, it's something on QVC's end .
Or its your computer operating system. Its not QVC otherwise we would all have this issue. What is the age and operating system of your computer/phone/tablet that you are using?
I never have this problem.

@AngelPuppy1 and @4kitties,
It's highly likely it's not your account or your device. A growing number of posters with a variety of devices have encountered this, and I'm one of them.
I use Apple devices, all updated, current software, daily clear all cookies/cache/history/website data, and I have multiple browsers to use for troubleshooting, and still I run into this occasionally.
Try a slower login (as I mentioned previously), and/or try going directly to the Community rather than using a bookmark/favorite, and perhaps that will help. Best to you, and to all who read and post here... have a lovely Saturday!🌻

@spent2much I remember it was happening a lot a few months ago. Now I notice it occasionally. Eventually, I get to log in.

I haven't had issues but you might consider clearing the cookies and cache on your browser. A different browser altogether might work better.

I gave up yesterday! I didn't have the time or patience to sit and repeatedly keep trying. I am the same as you, so I don't believe there is anything wrong on my end. Today, I only tried 3 times, so that was something.
