I have cut my shopping down from over $4,000 monthly  to  only about $400 and this month hopefully less than that. I have been shopping here since CVN days and it is a bad habbit that is hard to stop ,but

I am conquering it faster and faster!!!!       and I NEVER  use easy-pay!

YES,  I can well afford that ....... and my bill is 

ALWAYS PAID IN FULL ,EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!!!

@MalteseMomma, I have wondered the same thing. Why, when customers call or email the CS department, that it doesn't get taken care of there? I mean it is their job isn't it? Why do the customers have to come to the forums to get it taken care of. Don't the CS reps. have the same powers to fix things as the mods do here?

Do you find when you call CS now, you get a ,"TEAM MEMBER"   that cannot seem to do anything?

@MalteseMomma  I did not get a resolution to my problem when I used CS. and their last email to me was on the snarky side to boot!. This was a few years ago. I see that that department hasn't changed much.
