Plenty of stores offer free shipping to begin with including 3-4 days faster.

I was told by customer service that when I get my package and I want to exchange for different color, I can call them and they will expedite the exchange even before receiving the package I am returning. But first I need to receive the package.  So I decided to do this upon receiving it.  I called to try to expedite the exchange, and this particular customer service person told me she can't do that, and I will have to wait until they receive my package before sending the replacement.  QVC could take a few lessons from Amazon.  Or maybe I should call again and try for a third opinion.
