It is not asking for donations, it's a contest to just vote for your favorite shelter. 

I posted the same post last month and its just a link not asking for money.

Please review.

@luvmyteddy4.  That's the way I  understood it worked too.  You just vote for your favorite rescue group and the one with the most votes gets a cash prize from the sponsors.  I haven't participated for several years because the same big group always won and I got disgusted.  There was no money involved.
