Why cant we See the Questions Under an Item?

I was looking at several items, and I always like to see the questions that people ask as there is usually a question that I also have.   The questions flash on for a second and then they are gone.  Why??

I have not encountered this problem on the QVC website or viewing on the app. On any item page I can see Questions and Reviews, etc.

@lovesallanimals You've opened a topic I was thinking of bring up! I noticed this several times during the last week. The Q&A is absent for many items. Sometimes I see this: "Reviews & Community QA" but only the reviews show and no place to ask a question. Then another item wil have "Community Q&A" so we can ask a question. The QVC website does move in mysterious ways.

@lovesallanimals    Try downloading and using a different browser temporarily, especially if you're using Safari.
