Why are reviews not accessible?

I would like to know why some items have reviews but they are not accessible. And some items have no videos.  Why ? 

Its fustrating - I do not buy anything thing without a review or Video - I found out that items are not all they appear to be online.  Fellow Qvc buyers are a great asset. 

Please fix this issue.

If you're having trouble seeing reviews or anything else, it often helps to download and temporarily use a different browser.  I use Chrome on an Android tablet and have never been unable to see anything.  Often, people using Safari especially, have a problem.

I have the same problem with not being able to see the reviews.  I can see the yellow stars but when I try to access them, nothing happens.
