Why are cannot change credit card on processing order

I had some orders I was paying with money order but decided to use my credit card because I ran out of time. I was able to edit the other orders but one is not letting me change the credit card and is stock in processing. Called customer service and they said they could not help me. Who can fix the order?

@BettyGalax Emailing the social team as @Kachina624 is recommending has solved problems for me that customer service said couldn't be done.

 

So I recommend you email them, describe the problem, order number, if your credit card is in their system, that would probably hekp.

Did you place that order on a credit card originally or were you going to send a check?
