This has happened to me too--I haven't changed any settings either.  It's been a really long time since I've gotten TSV or special offer emails.

Check your email setting in your account.  The setting determines if you get emails or not.

Please go to your email settings & preferences and reset what emails you would like. It looks like you opted out back on the 16th of the month.
