This has happened to me, recently, on several items, (not all, but randomly on only some??)
I bought and received an item, and yet cannot Review or Rate it? The question/answer feature works for me, but no option to review.
Customer Care...can your advise/help?

Do you have a VPN on your device? If yes turn it off while you try and then turn it back on.
Do you have pop-ups blocked for Q or all sites? Check your settings.
That said, no matter what I've tried, I cannot edit a post on these forums.

@amyb - You should be able to access reviews under your "order status" tab. Is that where you have no access?

@San Antonio Gal Well...wish I could tell ya....I just went to check and now "Your Order Status is currently unavailable!"
Honestly, QVC's website is one of the wonkiest websites around.

I think you are right. I think they've changed it to click on "review" from your order page, perhaps to make sure only those that bought the item are reviewing. It used to just be on the item page, and that's where I was looking when I posted this about not finding the option anymore.

i JUST did a review with NO problems!
Edge on desktop.
I often read here that browsers or Ad blockers could be the reason.

I find there are a lot of items I can't review. And especially if I've returned an item.

@FranandZoe @RespectLife Turns out @San Antonio Gal
was right...you now find the "review" button in your order status, inside your detailed order for each item.
I just found it and reviewed.
I too used to see them on the Item page, but only sometimes have, lately. (strange that some would still pop up and others are only inside orders now...but maybe they didn't streamline it when they changed the process and older items still show review button? Sigh, not a stretch for the way things are done on QVC.com)
At any rate...if you want to review, it's in your order info!
