SIX DAYS after placing it?
I ordered this six days ago, and it's still in process! This is ridiculous! And I know I'm not the only one having these issues--there are posts all over the forums about it, and the treatment they are getting when they call Customer Service.

I have been waiting since June 6. Still in process. More frustrating than the wait, for me, is the fact there is nothing you can do. You can't cancel the order, can't change color..........nothing. Customer Service (I do not blame them) says there is nothing they can do and it is a warehouse problem. Seems many have posted waiting since June 6 or even longer.

@vermint I don't understand why someone who has been on the Forums enough to know SOME customers have run into difficulty, still expects a different answer from CS to the information we can see for ourselves. Many CS employees work from their own homes. I called numerous times over the last two decades and have never been treated poorly.
If you really want to know WHY there are problems, I have several ideas. I will just keep them to myself.

In all seriousness, if you know there are issues, as you clearly state, why did you order expecting a quicker delivery time?
There are just as many people commenting regarding CS positively. I have never had any issues with the social team nor customer service. I have worked in CS so sometimes I have to wonder how a customer approached CS and exactly what the problem was. Just saying.
You appeared to order Fall items. I don't understand why a person orders something, from a company that never has shipped quickly, for items not needed for weeks then complains.
I also don't find 6 days to be too concerning.
To everyone on these boards, if you haven't heard already, you MAY have shipping delays. We have no idea what items so if you need something by a certain date, do not buy from QVC, at least not at this time.

6 days is nothing

One of the reasons Q has lost 4.2 million customers since 2022 and grows more in debt, as reported by Bloomberg News.

Looks to be the norm from what I read here every day.

I ordered something June 1, it was in process or 3 weeks, I just received it last week. I am happy I waited its a nice product. It was the body foundation/concealer from Dr. Denese.

I really didn't mean to sound like I was blaming Customer Service...though I can see how my post seems to. I know it's not their fault, they are probably very frustrated too, because they are not being given any real info to tell the customer---and that's why I haven't called them. My frustration is with the Q, who knows this has being going on for some time now, and doesn't seem to care. If they did, they would post some sort of explanation, maybe in a banner on the home page. Even "We are aware of the shipping issues, and are working hard to fix them" would help. Instead we get nothing.

@cjm61 Honestly, this is not an item I "need" until October. But I would like to get it in a timely manner so that if it doesn't work for some reason, I would have time to look for something else.
The 6 days wouldn't concern me at all, if it wasn't becoming the norm here. Ordering anything is a crapshoot anymore--just since January, I've had a couple of things get lost in transit, only to arrive months later, plus more than one of these delays in even getting things shipped.
I guess I just hope that things will be back to normal every time I cross my fingers and place an order! But mostly, I was just venting.
