Why Can't I View My Entire Order History?

I tried to find an order I placed a year or two ago for Paula's Choice skin care. It wasn't in my order history. Then I realized there were many items missing from my order history. I sent an email to QVC about it and have not heard back. However, today some additional previous orders have appeared, but not Paula's Choice. What gives?

@PA Mom-mom As the years pass, order history for long past years is dropped, or only a few items are listed, which I don't understand, why drop the majority of items in a year and leave a few. Zulily keeps everything so I can go back to every year to see what I bought, If I choose, sometimes I need to check to see if I already bought somethinbg in a previous year, and I can find it, if I bought it.

@mousiegirl I'm used to Amazon, where you can go back to any year. I don't understand this selectivity. My DH thinks it's server space issues. I need to check gifts, and re-order things I've ordered in the past, whether it be on QVC or not.

Haha. I really meant that. The mods responded to a post before that old orders can't be restored.

@GCR18 Well, that stinks. That still doesn't speak to the selectivity of keepig some records and discarding others. And, how about the fact suddenly some previously unseen orders have been restored to my orders list? I appreciate your attention to my inquiry, however. Thanks.

They used to keep them for a long time. I generally go into my email if I need to look for something.
