I sent back my Dooney TSV Beacon Slip Tote in Mustard for an exchange - same color, etc. - because it was scratched on the front. I used the return label and brought it to the Post Office a week ago. I got a receipt. Clerk told me a company named Velocity would pick it up. So far, when I click on the tracking - it just says the date and time I left it at the Post Office. I am afraid that the Mustard will sell out. How can I expedite this exchange?

I have set the exchange process in motion and you should receive your Dooney on or about the first of October.
