I received a D&C TSV and didn't care for the color so wanted to do exchange. I did receive a partically printed packing slip. The front you only saw part of the order and there was no pre-paid shipping label. I did fill out the back for exchange, but tried to do a "return/exchange" from my order. Well, it only gives you a return choice - no exchange option. I did a live chat, explained the situation, she said to make note on the paper of exchange I wanted, but I also needed a return postage label, but since exchange wasn't an option, I had to print it out as a return ad then they automatically deducted $6.95???? What is going on? If you offer exchange, then make that an option to choose and also do not deduct the shipping cost?Anyone have advise? If I get deducted th $6.95, I will call CS. But it should be fixed since they don't want to include packing slips... Sorry - had to vent...

i'm confused too I bought two jackets and needed to return them for a smaller size and I filled out the form that came with them said I wanted them to be exchanged and gave the new size and shipped them back.
I just got a notice saying my account had been credited, no mention of anything on the way as replacements, And they weren't sold out. So I'm assuming nothing has happened other than I got credit and my guess is I paid that 6.95 shipping cost.
don't tell me to call customer service I did my part and if QVC doesn't do their part they just lost about $150 in a sale.

@Sunniegirl - The online return form has its options in an unusual order, which can certainly be confusing and frustrating—and even when you enter all the key details, you'll still get to the final stage and have to write part of your exchange request on the form to specify what you want to receive.
At some level, I understand this approach; they obviously cannot include options for selecting every variation of every item, but if they just allowed for more characters in the "return reason" field or offered an "Exchange" button to click, that would make things easier for everyone.
And no matter what option you choose, there is a generic message at the end stating that you will be charged the return fee for using the label, which obviously doesn't apply for defective items or exchanges, but it is likely a good idea to include that statement in case they assess the item and determine it is not eligible for a free return or exchange based on their policies.
In my experience, as long as the return form you include with your package clearly indicates the reason for the return/exchange—whether typed or written by hand—the person who processes it will follow the same steps to handle the transaction. That said, whenever I request an exchange, I wait until the package has been picked up at the USPS site or traveled to the next UPS site and then immediately contact the social team; they can typically initiate the exchange right away, or they will at least document the exchange details in the order notes to help ensure you get an exchange rather than just a refund.
Hope everything goes well with your exchange request...

@Bhvbum - I understand your frustration. If it isn't worth your time to try to get your $6.95 back, that's fine, but gathering your order details and initiating a chat or sending a message to qvcsocialteam@qvc.com could get your problem resolved in a matter of minutes. Mistakes happen, but QVC honestly makes it very simple to fix them.

I sent something back for an exchange a while ago. I started the return process online by clicking on the appropriate tab at the right side of my order.
Filled out the paperwork and packaged the item up.
THEN I emailed the Social Team with the information and told them what I was requesting as a replacement, because I knew the item was close to selling out. They immediately placed the order for the new top that I wanted.
Easy peasy and I got my replacement a short time later.

The instruction on exchanges are on the website. If you don't follow them all you'll get is a refund. Read the instructions.
