Item# H223199.Mr Christmas Ceramic Tree. Order# ****. Order placed online. Order to be delivered to a Rochester NY address. Been setting at post office in Rochester Ny since Sept 18th.Why just setting there?. If lost would like refund to my account.

I am sorry that you have not received your Mr. Christmas tree. I have issued a refund of $26.44 to your Discover.
Should you receive your original shipment, please return the item to QVC following our normal return instructions noted on your packing slip. If you wish to keep the item, please call Customer Service to arrange for billing.
