Where is my Beekman order?

Can someone tell me how to get in touch with a customer service representative about an order placed on 6/27/2020 that was shipped on 6/30/2020 but never received. Apparently it is in Neverland because I sure as heck never got it! HELP PLEASE!

Have you tried QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com. ?

I also live in SoCal. The package has been sitting at the Glendale PO since July 14th.
