Email is the way to go. I emailed the Social Team yesterday afternoon and heard back within a few hours with a resolution. I emailed another company, they sent me a "we got your email," and two days later they have not yet responded.

 

I know it's a difficult time for everyone, and I try to remember that. They are doing the best they can to help everyone - I have no doubt! Smiley Happy
