It appears that QVC has removed the capability to "track" an order.....including when it has, in fact, shipped and estimated arrival. This is very frustrating! Customer care or mods: if you are seeing this, can you please relay the message that removing this feature was a terrible idea? Really dumb....bad anti-customer-centric idea that somebody at Q had.

@Goldengate8361 I noticed the tracking was missing on some, not all. But.....open the view order, and if shipped, the tracking number is there and click on the tracking number, it does come up.

I have tracking on all orders. You may need to update your device if you're behind on updates. Some features on websites stop working until the device and website are on the same update level.
But even on my delivered orders it does come up if you click on View Order just as @lynnie61 said

@lynnie61 @Tori3569 thanks for responding. I don't have any new updates to make, but I did find the tracking link inside the order when I open that up. Thank you, @lynnie61 for that info. It's still too bad that Q made this change and, therefore, chose to make it harder for customers to find and use (additional clicks, etc).

@Goldengate8361 - I don't have to open up my orders to see the tracking link.
However, it's only there once the order has shipped, which makes sense to me. Until it's shipped, there's nothing to track.

@Venezia I never had to in the past.....today is the first day that I've seen the change, which is why I was assuming it was a change. Time will tell, I suppose.

I checked my tracking this morning and got all the usual information except on those awaiting pickup, which is slow this week.

all of my december orders have the tracking link on the main order status page.
all of my older orders (november and prior months) can be tracked by opening up the order itself to click on tracking information.

Yes, I noticed that just this week on my last order.
My previous orders (that I have already received) still have the ability to track on the main order status page. But the latest one does not. I have to go in to the actual order page itself to find the tracking number.
Oddly, the new system seems to have the ability to write a review from the order status page for the order I have not yet received, but not the ability to track from that page. Go figure, it's QVC.🤷♀️

@geezerette and @sunshine45 thank you for sharing that you are seeing exactly what I'm referencing. I don't mind changes in the website, but this one just is not customer-friendly. I'm glad that tracking info, however, is still available....even with it being a little harder to get to.
