The issue with the incorrect tracking details (as in delivered before even shipping, delivered to other states etc) is the result of recycling of tracking numbers (Not QVC). We apologize for this as we know it causes frustration - I have had several packages lately that this has happened to and all have been delivered. We are working to see if we can get this rectified as quickly as possible.

Everytime I attempt to email QVC I recieve the same message and I did report this last week when attempting to find out WHERE MY POPCORN ORDER IS... ????

I am not sure how I figured this out, but most of my packages are sent west using DHL eCommerce. This is especially true for "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item" status. Try putting in the tracking number on their tracking site.

Also, the tracking number that QVC gives in "your item has shipped" email leaves off the first two numbers, for the USPS tracking numbers try adding 92 as the first two numbers. In my emails it always starts with 74xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx which will not show up in the tracking for USPS.
