When returning a defective item for exchange, how long after the return is delivered to the QVC facility before the replacement is sent out? When it is sent out or If unavailable will I get an E-mail?

@Icegoddess It varies, but we usually have an item back and processed within 12 day from the date it left your possession. In addition, if you have QVC order notifications set up, you will be sent an email notification.

No so Wayne from QVC. When using the cheap shipping return postage vendor it sits at the post office anywhere from 7-10 days, and than another 5 days in traveling, and than another 5 days for processing. It is a mess, and UNFAIR to customers of QVC, you are actually looking at a month turn a round, let us be honest here qvc, for once@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
