I sure wish that when I order an item, it tells me when it is sold out. I hate ordering and then 2-3 days later, you send me an email that is is backordered. I would like to not have items pending on my account till you decide something is on back order.

It seems that their inventory control system leaves something to be desired!

@Nadine O I've had this happen to me a time or two over the years, seems to have happen when an item is extremely popular. I have no explanation for it other than I think they often 'guesstimate' cancellations or checks not arriving. I don't think it happens as much these days since they no longer accept checks as payment. Sure is disappointing when it does though.

Ordered a top while it was on air. Ordered the color that they said was in stock (700 or so). When I clicked to check out, I was put on waitlist.
