I had an advanced order for CC that I tried to cancel many times, before the shipping date, but could not because it continually said "in the process "
So I settled in to await arrival of the order.
It now says "shipped" on Dec 11,yet , tracking info says ,"billing info received"
Well did this order ship or not!!!! If not ,I would like the order cancelled!
Cheryls cookies should not still be selling Christmas cookies everyday on the Q , if they have shipping problems .
Too many customers are having problems getting their orders!

Didn't care for the cookies. Really to sweet and since no one wanted to eat so many I had to put them in the freezer... Will not order again.

If they received the tracking info but there is no tracking movement yet that means a label was made & UPS or USPS etc have been notified but the package has not been picked up by the shipper yet.
It's packaged & ready to go it's just waiting on the shipper to pick it up or for the seller to get their packages to the shipper. At this point they won't cancel the order since it has been processed.

@Group 5 minus 1. The cookies at Wal-Mart aren't Cheryl's; they're Lofthouse Cookies which I like better than Cheryl's.
