What was the beginning date of extended holiday returns?

For some reason September 28th is the date in my mind,but I am not sure.

 

Anyone remember?

I have wondered the same thing.  I asked Customer Service some time ago, but she couldn't give me a definitive answer.

The beginning date of our extended holiday returns was September 22nd. Also included in that policy is all items purchased during Christmas in July shows.

You may want to educate your chat staff. I was told in chat the time frame started in July period. Didn't think that was correct!

Well technically it did start in July with all the Christmas in July shows.

But they made it sound like anything you purchased SINCE July. And how would we remember what we bought during a Christmas in July show? I thought it used to be just after a certain date, which is far less confusing.
