I ordered pants and I received a ring......

I ordered Jantzen Relaxed Printed Lounge Pants A395742 and got Diamonique x Kathy Levine Petit Fleur Ring, 14K Gold Plated J420948 with no paperwork in the bag.  The pants are now on "blowout clearance price" I'm not sure if that was the case when I bought but either way I don't want this ring. What do I do customer care?

@GingerHead In all my years shopping with QVC, since 1986, it has happened only twice. Do as @Kachina624 says. They will take care of it. If your pants are still available you will have to reorder. The ring will need to be returned at no expense to you.

Thanks guys!

That was a shock, when I first opened the bag I thought, oh how nice QVC sent me a gift. haha Imagine that ! Not my style but ok it's the thought that counts.

  Then I realized that my status said that my pants had been delivered and they hadn't.

I can see getting a different color than expected but a ring instead of pants! I contacted them and they took care of it for me.

I had to laugh at your thought it was a gift!

Recently I ordered a Kitchenaid hand mixer and got a whole case!  I didn't need six of the dumb things.

I was glad I wasn't charged the extra $500 for them.

Yes, they went back.  Smiley Happy

@timeless - The only time I've ever received an incorrect shipment was a situation like the one you described—I ordered one big serving bowl and received a case of six. That was a really heavy box! The bowl was actually even nicer in person than online, so I thought about negotiating with customer service to pay to keep an extra one, but I ended up just getting help returning the other five bowls. Crazy!

Is it an expensive ring?  Maybe you should keep it and forget about the pants  Smiley Happy

Yeah, at first I really did think it was a gift. Woman LOL

You got a whole case of Kitchenaid mixers?! That's crazy! What a shock that must have been. Qvc's lucky you're an honest person!

@GingerHead

LoL  I was wondering why the box was so big!  It was a second or two before I realized the problem.

My son (16) was jumping around and saying I should sell the extras on eBay.  NO.

He knows better!!

Always try to do what I would want someone to do for me.
